Indicative Assignments |

  • At the early stages of the $861 million SNFCC Project - and prior to the Construction of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center - our office in Athens, advised the structural engineers of the project and provided opinions and reports on contemporary Greek Law and English law in relation to a proposed collateral warranty agreement.
  • Represented the main sub-contractor/supplier of RMG Cranes on the container terminal in Piraeus (supplying materials, architectural design & know-how)  before the public authorities in Greece.
  • Representing a foreign flight charterer before the Greek Courts on an action against a Greek airline related to a charter agreement related litigation of a value in excess of 500k EUR. Our team won the case on both instances (first instance and appeal by respondent party) in two landmark precedent setting decisions on several areas of law.
  • Representing an American aircraft parts company against against a Greek Airline over an aircraft engine sales agreement related litigation.
  • Represented one of the major European aircraft ground handling service providers in a claim against a Greek airline for a breach of contract.
  • Represented an Oil & Gas company and advised on the acquisition of a Togolese registered tanker vessel from a BVI company.
  • Representing an overseas investor in acquiring a share in a company owning a building complex and advising on tax and real estate law contemporary issues.
  • Represented a group of foreign investors in acquisitions of property by private clients and advised on property law, tax law, zoning & planning regulations.
